Dear Friends of Angels
As we move into the first quarter of 2026, the Angels Resource Centres team reflects with gratitude on a vibrant and productive period between December 2025 and February 2026. Across our programmes, we have continued working alongside entrepreneurs, youth, and community partners to strengthen local economies and unlock opportunities in rural South Africa.
Over the past few months, our social platforms have celebrated the inspiring journeys of entrepreneurs emerging from programmes such as Agri4Change and Enterprise4Change, highlighting how mentoring, training, and access to resources can transform ideas into sustainable livelihoods. Stories of young agripreneurs building poultry farms, small businesses expanding their operations, and communities engaging in development initiatives remind us why this work matters. These stories demonstrate the real impact that collaboration between communities, funders, and development practitioners can achieve.
This period has also reaffirmed our belief that sustainable development happens when investment, evidence, and community participation align. Through ongoing research, mentoring programmes, enterprise support, and community engagement, Angels Resource Centres continues to pursue its mission of igniting potential, integrating communities, and creating lasting impact across the country.
As always, we extend our heartfelt thanks to our partners, mentors, supporters, and the remarkable entrepreneurs who inspire us every day. Together, we continue to build pathways from opportunity to prosperity, one community at a time.

Empowering Rural Youth for the Future
Focus on Career Development and Preparing Rural Youth for Jobs of the Future :
A Strategic & Impactful Investment in Rural Youth.
Implemented by Angels Resource Centres and supported by Scatec ASA, Youth4Change represents a strategic investment in rural youth, strengthening the pipeline of skilled, motivated young people who can contribute to sustainable economic development in their communities.
This Youth4Change intervention aims to reach 80 young people across eight rural towns with in 12 months, creating a structured pathway for unemployed youth to explore opportunities and develop the capabilities required for meaningful economic participation. Through interactive workshops and practical learning, participants are introduced to emerging career pathways, including opportunities linked to the renewable energy sector and the broader rural economy.

CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES
Angels Resource Centres : Request for Quotations open to local Service Providers - April 2026
These RFQ opportunities are for services required by Angels and available to registered local businesses.
HOW TO APPLY:
1) Navigate to the Service Providers section of the OPPORTUNITIES TAB:
Select the applicable Angels Resource Centres RFQ Advertisement/s to read an enlarged view.
2) Click on the Submit QUOTE Button below to open and read the details of the full Scope of Work required.
3) Prepare your Proposal document on a business Letterhead & Quote according to the specified Scope of Work requirements as detailed on the RFQ.
4) Complete the application form to upload Company Reg docs and submit your quotation.
5) Submit your application together with your uploaded quotation, before the closing date.
T’s & C’s Apply: In order to be eligible for selection, your company must have the capacity to supply and deliver reliable services to the specific town/s requested on the RFQ. Submit your application before the closing advertised dates! No late submissions will be accepted. Preference will be given to suppliers who are pre-registered on the Angels Service provider database.
Angels will confirm receipt of your application and contact you to confirm all details if you are selected to provide us with your services.
