ENTERPRISE4CHANGE BOOTCAMP: IGNITING RURAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP
The Enterprise4Change Bootcamp spans five days and offers a comprehensive curriculum covering vital business skills alongside personal development skills such as leadership, communication, problem-solving, and innovation. Through engaging sessions, participants not only enhance their proficiency in these areas but also cultivate a holistic understanding of sustainable business management practices.
Description and Outcomes
Participants will have a fun, fast paced and transformative experience with the Enterprise4Change Bootcamp programme, crafted to empower entrepreneurs in under-resourced communities. Beneficiaries delve into a week-long immersive experience each day, unlocking life-changing activities and knowledge, gaining a deeper understanding of key entrepreneurial concepts and strategies, honing their practical skills through hands-on training, fostering strong teamwork and collaboration through group activities, and receiving personalized guidance to enhance their personal and professional growth.
By the end of the programme, Beneficiaries should feel empowered, equipped, and inspired to take bold steps towards realizing their entrepreneurial aspirations.
Upon completion, the Beneficiaries will receive a certificate affirming their successful engagement with the programme. Further outcomes include the following skills and abilities the Beneficiaries will inevitably portray through their behaviour and future actions :

Programme Structure & Activities
During this comprehensive programme we will enable, equip and empower the beneficiaries. Over the course of five (5) intense working days, participants will immerse themselves in practical, high-energy training sessions, dynamic group activities, and brief but impactful life coaching sessions, all designed to sharpen their entrepreneurial skills.
Programme Activities:
- Launch league Entrepreneurial Modules (theory)
- Worksheet activities (“homework”) and meetup sessions (group activities)
- Business Start-up Kit (take-away from session as well as resource that will be used during bootcamps)
- Coaching and mentoring break-aways
We aim to create an environment in which entrepreneurs can identify their own solutions and feel equipped to make positive life choices. Please note, recruitment activities are excluded from this timeline.
