The aim of The Big Shake-up (TBSU) programme is to turn entrepreneurs into enablers and potential employers in their communities through teaching them sustainable business practices and entrepreneurial skills. We provide business skills training, mentoring, and incubation with a unique focus on rural and survivalist entrepreneurs.

Many of the entrepreneurs from under-resourced communities are talented and have great ideas, but face challenges that are greater than their current capacity. Our programmes tackle these challenges head-on and focus on developing the critical entrepreneurial skills that are often overlooked, but needed for these entrepreneurs to succeed.

Our Entrepreneur Development Programme is usually a follow on from the Big Shake-up, but can also be implemented as a standalone programme.  During this programme we accelerate selected entrepreneurs through asset funding, business support services and focused mentorship.  By igniting these entrepreneurial champions in a community, job creation and sustainability quickly follows.
