We have several programmes that make a difference.

We design CSI and ED courses that lift entrepreneurs from survivalist to sustainability

Micro-entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs should start their journey to success equipped with the necessary life skills to reinforce their resilience. Coupled with good habits to manage cashflow, tips for excellent sales and general business management, they are in a far better position to succeed with their business journey.

We offer an NQF Level 2 training course over a two-day period to start this process of upliftment with them. The practical nature of our workshops make it ideal to present in rural areas that are usually under-resourced. The micro and rural entrepreneurs can easily relate to the content and we have had great success with our programme.

In January, we continue the Business Administration Services training hosted in towns across the Northern Cape. 45 employees from Hanover, Philipstown, and Petrusville who work in business administration fields were selected to undergo this training in office management areas. The programme was sponsored by The Pixley Kaseme District Trust of Scatec Solar.

The training covers communication skills, conflict management, office interaction, office grooming and dress code, listening skills, telephone etiquette, goal setting and vision boards, and much more.

One of the Phillipstown participants told us: “This course is so much more than what I expected. If we had more discussions like this with each other, across the cultural and racial divides, with our families, leaders and elders, we will be able to work together so well and become a thriving abundant province and country!”

The training is managed by our SETA-accredited ANGELS TRAINING CENTRE, which hosts all the workshops for Angels Resource Centre, and also offers training to corporates and government departments.
